These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Myelin Health website, patient platform, clinician platform and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Myelin Health.

Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referred to within these Terms.

Throughout these Terms, “Myelin Health”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Myelin Health, the operator of the Platform, contactable at myelinhealthlabs@gmail.com. Formal registered company details will be published here once incorporation is complete.

2. About Myelin Health

Myelin Health is a digital health platform that enables individuals and healthcare professionals to securely collect, organise and better understand health information.

The Platform brings together information such as laboratory results, body measurements, wearable device data and clinician recommendations to support informed conversations between patients and healthcare professionals.

Myelin Health provides evidence-based educational content and clinical decision support tools.

The Platform is not intended to diagnose medical conditions, replace professional medical judgement or provide emergency medical care. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating healthcare professional.

3. Eligibility

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity carried out using your account.

6. Health Information

You are responsible for ensuring that any information you upload or provide through the Platform is accurate, complete and, to the best of your knowledge, up to date.

Where Health Information is entered by a Clinician, the Clinician is responsible for ensuring that the information reflects their professional judgement and is entered in accordance with applicable professional and legal obligations.

Myelin Health provides a secure platform for storing, organising and presenting Health Information. We do not independently verify the accuracy or completeness of information uploaded by users or Healthcare Organisations.

7. Clinical Decision Support

Myelin Health provides evidence-based educational content and clinical decision support tools to assist in the interpretation and organisation of health information.

Recommendations presented through the Platform are intended to support informed conversations between Patients and Healthcare Professionals.

The Platform is not intended to:

8. Responsibilities of Healthcare Professionals
